Grilled Pumpkin

Prepare to grow a pumpkin

Choose a pumpkin segment, peel and wash

Prepare small green peppers, appropriate amount of ginger and garlic

Cut the pumpkin into half thumb-sized pieces

Steam the pumpkin in the pot, probably after the pot is steamed, about 8 minutes

Finely dice small green peppers, mince and dice ginger and garlic

Steam the pumpkin until it can be pierced with force, but not soft and rotten, and the center is hard. Remove from the pot, strain out the soda water, and store the pumpkin and soda water separately

Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, add ginger, garlic and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant

Add pumpkin and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute. Add salt and stir-fry evenly

After about two minutes, turn down the heat and add an appropriate amount of chicken essence to enhance the freshness

Remove from the pot and sprinkle with chili flakes
