The icing on the cake
Overview
Carrots, red peppers, and chive flowers can be counted as brocade, and the flowers are of course the weird chicken gizzards (this knife technique is called chrysanthemum knife). This dish is considered a home-style stir-fry, with a refreshing and spicy taste.
