I suddenly wanted to make desserts a few days ago, so I bought a bunch of molds and came back. But I have been very busy recently, so I had to make a simple one first. The fragrant almond tofu is not only smooth and glutinous, but also very beautiful. It is definitely a magic weapon to attract little friends.

  1. Soak 5g agar in 150°C water for about 30 minutes.

  2. Add 15g almond flour to a heatable container.

  3. Slowly pour the milk into the almond flour and dissolve it.

  4. Put the milk mixed with almond powder on the fire and heat it, turn off the heat when it is slightly boiling.

  5. Put the soaked agar and water on the fire and heat it. Keep the fire low and stir constantly.

  6. When the agar begins to melt, add a can of almond milk.

  7. When the agar is completely melted, add 15g of white sugar and stir continuously to melt.

  8. Cool down the cooked soup slightly and pour it into your favorite mold.

  9. Leave it at room temperature for about two hours, or put it in the refrigerator for one hour, then you can unmold it. After unmoulding, top with rose sauce or your favorite sauce and enjoy.
