Wash tofu and cut into pieces

Chop the sauerkraut into small cubes

Garlic and chili peppers cut into pieces and set aside

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add the tofu and blanch it and set aside

Pour oil into another pot. When the oil is hot, add chili and pickled cabbage
-
Stir fry until fragrant and add appropriate amount of water
-
Then add the blanched tofu
-
Gently stir evenly, add salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce and minced garlic to taste and serve
