The ones bought in the market are too oily, but I made my own with less oil and more green onions. It is loved by the whole family!

After kneading the dough, let it rest for half an hour and roll it into a pancake shape.

Sprinkle with green onions, lard, and salt.

Roll up slowly.

Pinch the two ends together and tie them up.

The flatter it is, the better.

Add oil to the pan, put the prepared pancakes on it, and grill on both sides. Don't make the fire too high, otherwise it will burn and not taste good.
