Rinse the soft tofu, slice it and place it on a plate. Steam in a steamer for about 6 or 7 minutes.

Mince the garlic, chop the green onions, and dice the green and red peppers.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes fragrant.

Add bean paste and soybean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears.

Add cooking wine, sugar, and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Pour in 1 small bowl of boiling water (stock is better) and simmer for about 6 or 7 minutes.

Cook until the soup reduces and thickens, add diced green and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Finally add chopped green onion and turn off the heat.

Take out the steamed tofu with steamed soup in the middle.

Use a spoon to scoop out the steamed soup.

Pour the cooked sauce over the tofu.
