When I was in high school, my favorite thing to eat was the fried pancakes in the cafeteria. At that time, it was only 2 yuan and 5 a portion, and it was a big plate. Many years after graduation, I missed the taste very much, so I tried to make it at home... Our school served shredded pork with cabbage, and my husband’s school served shredded pork with bean sprouts. I combined it and satisfied the nostalgia of both of them~~~ I like to put some chili oil and drizzle some vinegar, it tastes great!

Prepare a large piece of pancake, cut into shreds and set aside

Shred the pork, shred the cabbage, wash the bean sprouts and set aside. Also prepare minced green onion and garlic (you can also add some minced coriander and dried chili)

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork, dried chili peppers, chopped green onion and minced garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are cooked for 7 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry before adding shredded pancakes. Pour in soy sauce, add 1 tablespoon of salt and chicken essence, remove from the pan and serve on a plate
