Wash the radish and cut into thick strips, then dry them in the sun for 70-80% of the time. (The radish I used is larger)

It's probably enough to be tanned like this.

Wash the radish in warm water and drain.

Mix all the seasonings with the radish and put it in a crisper to marinate for about a week before eating.

Add appropriate amount of mature vinegar and sesame oil when eating to make it taste better.
