Refreshing recipes for enoki mushrooms

First wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots and drain the water, then spread them evenly on the dinner plate. Remove the roots from the shallots, wash them, and cut into chopped green onions and set aside.

Spread the soy pepper fish head flavor sauce evenly on the surface of the enoki mushrooms.

Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 12 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped green onion on top, heat the cooking oil to about 200°C, pour it on the chopped green onion, and you're done.
