Ingredients: eggs, cake flour (low-gluten flour is enough), caster sugar, butter, cream of tartar, banana, milk (forgot to take this)

Tools: Two dry basins for beating egg whites and egg yolks respectively, cake molds, and egg beaters.

Now separate the egg yolk and egg white

Add caster sugar to the egg whites

Beat the egg whites with the egg beater from low speed to high speed and then to low speed, adding sugar once in between.

Beat the egg whites until white and solid.

Soften the butter in a still warm steamer until it becomes liquid.

Add butter to egg yolks and stir.

Add milk to egg yolk liquid and continue stirring.

Pour the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk liquid and stir.

Pour the flour into the mixture from step 10.

Beat with a whisk on medium speed.

Crush the banana with a spoon.

Beat the bananas with a mixer on low speed until smooth.

Pour the banana paste into the mixture from step 12.

Beat with a whisk on medium speed.

Pour the mixture into the cake mold.

Let the cake liquid stand for 2 minutes.

Place the cake mold into a preheated oven and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.

Take out the baked cake, turn it upside down and let it cool down before unmoulding.
