Boiled Fish with Sauerkraut and Lemon
Overview
The first step is to slice the fish, the second step is to immerse it for 30 minutes, the third step is to fry the fish until golden brown and bring to the boil, the fourth step is to stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant, the fifth step is to stir-fry the sauerkraut until fragrant, the sixth step is to pour the pre-boiled fish into the pot, add the lemon and boil it for 15 minutes and stir, the seventh step is to sprinkle green and red chili peppers with chopped green onions, finally add the oil to a boil and pour it over, the fish is boiled with sauerkraut and lemon water
