Steps
-
Clean the abalone with a toothbrush and brush the abalone clean.
-
Pay attention to brushing the surrounding area gently - (preferably use a soft-bristled toothbrush)
-
Brush clean abalone
-
Use a spoon to pry open the abalone
-
Remove the internal organs, wash and set aside
-
Abalone meat cutting knife
-
Heat hot water in a pot. When the water boils, throw in the abalone meat and abalone shells (not easy to cook for too long, 1 to 2 minutes will do)
-
Boil water. When the water boils, use a slotted spoon to put the vermicelli in the pot and cook for a while (1 to 2 minutes)
-
Wash the cooked vermicelli with cold water, drain and put on a plate (put a layer of about half of the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate) and put the rest into the abalone shell, a little each, so as not to have too many vermicelli. After placing the vermicelli in the abalone shell, place the abalone meat on the vermicelli. Sprinkle some minced garlic on top
-
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic and red pepper (saute until fragrant), then pour half a bottle of abalone juice and stir-fry for a while. Use a small spoon to scoop out the honey from the pot and pour the honey over one by one. The remaining honey juice can be put into a bowl (after the abalone is finished, stir in the vermicelli and eat it together), sprinkle with some chopped green onion, and finally put it on the plate!
