  1. Wash and cut parsley into sections and set aside

  2. Cut the dried tofu into thin slices and set aside

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil into the hot pan, add the dried beans and stir-fry over low heat for a while

  4. Then add the parsley and stir-fry over high heat until it turns green

  5. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste
