Minced Pork Tofu
Overview
Tofu is a product of the wisdom of our ancestors. In foreign countries, tofu is very expensive and is highly praised. Gypsum is used to make tofu in the south, while salt brine is used to make tofu in the north. I am a southerner and like to eat gypsum tofu. The tofu I bought today is soft tofu, which breaks easily and cannot be fried. It's delicious with some minced meat and chives.
