Curry Chicken
Overview
The tender chicken legs paired with curry are very delicious and tasty. It goes very well with rice (although, I can eat it without having to eat it...)

Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes and blanch them in water until tender.

Melt the butter in the pan.

Cut the chicken thighs into suitable size pieces, add them to the pot and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the chopped onions and stir-fry together.

Add the curry powder to the pot and stir-fry evenly with the meat.

Add potatoes and carrots, pour in some milk and bring to a boil.

Boil until the ingredients are mature and then add salt to taste.

Dish out and mix well with rice before serving.
