Stir-fried sausage with asparagus
Overview
Wangjiawu bacon sausage recommended by a friend. I have made bacon and it tastes really good. I'm making sausage today. In order to make it easier to fry, I steamed it first. To serve with asparagus, I originally wanted to cut it into strips, but I was afraid that the meat would fall apart if I cut it this way, so I cut half into strips and half into slices. The meat feels very firm when you cut it, and the strips don't fall apart at all after frying. It's great.
