  1. Wash and cut radish into shreds and set aside

  2. Wash the sauerkraut with water to remove the saltiness, dry it with your hands and set aside

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pot until it is almost cooked, add shredded white radish and stir-fry

  4. Pour in the sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly. Pour in soy sauce and sugar in turn and continue to stir-fry. When the shredded radish and sauerkraut are cooked, add a little MSG
