  1. Slice pork belly.

  2. Soak dried gourds in water until soft.

  3. Stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan over low heat.

  4. Fry until the oil comes out and the pork belly turns slightly yellow, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  6. Add the gourd and stir-fry for a while.

  7. Add salt.

  8. Add half a bowl of water and simmer for seven or eight minutes.

  9. Add oyster sauce, chicken essence, and sugar and stir well. Remove from heat.
