Sautéed Snow Peas with Cashews, Carrots

Ingredients: snow peas, thinly sliced carrots, cashews, garlic, ginger (I forgot to take a photo of the ginger).

Turn on the heat, put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the loin, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, like fried peanuts. After taking it out of the pot and leaving it for a while, it will become crispy.

In another pot, boil water, add snow peas and blanch them, then take them out and let them cool in cold water.

Do not pour out the water in the pot, blanch the carrots again, and then cool them with cold water after taking them out.

Crush the garlic with a knife.

Cut the ginger into minced pieces.

Turn on the heat and pour cooking oil into the wok. Heat the oil and add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add snow peas and stir-fry.

Add carrots and stir-fry.

Add salt and pepper powder and stir-fry evenly.

After adding cashews and MSG, stir-fry them all and turn off the heat. Serve on a platter.
