Continue to follow the nutritious and low-fat baking route. Carrot yogurt meal packs, added with cooked carrot puree and yogurt, are low in sugar and oil, nutritious and low in fat.

Steam 1 carrot and crush it into small pieces with a spoon.

Put carrots and 100 grams of yogurt into a food processor and puree.

Weigh out 160 grams of carrot yogurt paste (if it’s not enough, add yogurt to make up) and prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Add the ingredients starting from the flour to the butter, knead into a ball and then add the butter. Knead until it reaches the expansion stage and then form into a round ball.

Place the dough in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place to ferment.

Ferment until doubled

After the fermented dough is deflated, divide into six equal parts and roll into balls.

Drain into non-stick molds.

Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid.

Sprinkle some almond slices.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.

After taking it out of the oven, unmold and let cool.
