Caramel condensed milk pudding
Overview
Before I made it, I was still imagining its taste, but after I made it, the moment the pudding melted in my mouth, wow~ it felt like returning to the sweetness of first love! What a surprise! I like it so much!

Add sugar and water into a pot and turn on medium-low heat.

Simmer until large bubbles appear and the color changes slightly, then turn to low heat.

When the color turns dark, turn off the heat and add boiling water (be careful that there will be splashes on the surface when adding boiling water)

Pour into a bowl and let cool.

Two whole eggs plus one egg yolk plus sugar.

Beat evenly with a whisk.

Pour the cooled caramel into the milk, add condensed milk and egg liquid and mix

Sieve the mixed pudding liquid through a sieve

Pour into a bowl of similar capacity

Preheat the oven, put a plate of warm water in the lower rack of the oven, bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes in the middle rack, remember to cover with tin foil.

When the time is up, put it in the oven for three minutes before taking it out.
