Grilled Haihong with Egg Yolk
Overview
Barbecue, grilled over charcoal is the best. On a small weekend, prepare the ingredients, light a fire, and have a BBQ at home as a family. It’s so fun to eat. The Haihong I bought this time was relatively large and had plump meat. I made a roasted Haihong with egg yolk and baked it on the charcoal stove. It only took a few minutes. It was fragrant and delicious!
