Stir-fried prawns with onion and ginger
Overview
In spring, I feed my children more shrimps. They are crispy, tender, sweet and juicy, and extremely delicious. They supplement brain nutrition, supplement calcium, promote physical development, and make your brain smarter. My family eats it at least once a week. My children often ask for it by name, and they eat up every time they fry a plate.

Prawns are also a New Year's product, frozen in the refrigerator, and need to be consumed as soon as possible. After thawing the prawns, wash them, pick out the shrimp lines at the penultimate section, and then clean them.
-
Peel, wash, slice and shred the onion, ginger and garlic into sections.
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, slide in the cleaned prawns and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry until the prawns change color.
-
Add the prepared onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until the aroma of the onions, ginger, and garlic explodes.
-
Add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste. You can also add some oyster sauce if you like, or you can leave it out. The prawns themselves are very delicious.

Remove from pan and plate.
