I used half a hollowed-out pineapple as a container and dug it out with a knife and a spoon for a long time~

Crush the scrambled eggs. Just stir the eggs into the pan and stir-fry them. Don’t use too much heat and don’t burn them.

Dice onions, green and red peppers, and shrimps and set aside~

Generally speaking, just use the pineapples that were dug out and cut them into cubes, but the ones I dug out were terrible, so I cut the other half into dices and soaked them with a little salt and water. The soaking time depends on the maturity of the pineapples. If the pineapples are ripe, you don’t need to soak them for a long time.

After everything is ready, start frying ~ Pour oil into the hot pan, add diced onions and diced green and red peppers to medium-low heat and stir-fry until fragrant. Add rice and stir-fry until the grains are more dispersed (the grains are better), then add chopped eggs, diced pineapple and continue to stir-fry ~ Finally add a little salt and stir-fry evenly with oyster sauce ~
