Sweet and sour fish
Overview
I went fishing at the fishing ground during the holidays and gained a lot. Choose a few cuties to cook today and give them a try. The fish are big and small, and it’s time to test my cooking skills again! Today I am going to make a whole fish feast, including frying, frying and boiling. I will choose one of my favorite sweet and sour fish to share with you!

Slaughter the fresh fish, remove the scales and internal organs, clean it, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt and ginger slices to marinate.

Mix 2 spoons of mature vinegar, 2 spoons of white sugar, one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of salt, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of minced onion, ginger and garlic to make a bowl of sauce.

Prepare a few slices of ginger, 2 star anise, a few dried chili peppers, 15 peppercorns, three bay leaves, and an appropriate amount of onion and garlic.

Dice a piece of red pepper and set aside.

Cut a piece of ham into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pot, add various seasonings and sauté until fragrant.

Add the fried fish and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes before serving.
