Homemade camellia noodles
Overview
There were no snacks when I was a child, so my mother would often fry some tea oil noodles and make them for us to drink. Whenever the oil tea was brewed, the aroma filled the cabin, and the children danced with joy, as if they were eating something delicious. Now that life is better, these delicacies that we have forgotten in the corner have not been eaten for N years. I followed my mother's method. It seems simple, but the technique is not skillful, but it is still a success. I brewed a bowl of oil tea and tasted my mother's taste again.

Steps
-
Clean the shaved mutton (or beef) fat and cut it into small pieces.
-
Put the oil into the pot and pour it into a container to filter out the oil residue.
-
There is no need to put oil in the pot, just pour the flour directly and stir-fry over low heat.
-
Fry for about twenty minutes. When the flour turns slightly brown, make a well in the middle of the pot.
-
Add appropriate amount of suet.
-
Continue to stir-fry over low heat to prevent the bottom from burning.
-
Stir well and turn off the heat and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes to cool down. Let it cool slightly and pass it through a sieve for better results. Store it in a sealed jar in a cool place. When you want to drink oil tea, you can make a bowl at any time.
-
Two spoons of oil tea and half a spoon of sugar.
-
Add boiling water little by little several times.
-
Make circles to dilute. Don't add too much water at one time, otherwise lumps will form.
-
A bowl of oil tea, the taste of childhood. The fragrant oil tea paired with nuts is very delicious!
