Wash the old tofu, drain the water, and cut into slices about 1cm thick.

Add the tofu to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the fried tofu into small pieces with a diagonal knife.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add minced meat and stir-fry until loose.

Add cooking wine and pour in tofu.

Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, and pepper powder and stir evenly.

Pour in boiling water until it is almost level with the tofu.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into rings, leaving a small part.

When the soup is almost dry, add some garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

After taking it out of the pot, sprinkle with the remaining garlic sprouts.
