Add appropriate amount of salt-baked chicken powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, and oil into the bowl, mix well, and soak the chicken wings overnight.

Add coarse salt and green onions to the clay pot and stir-fry until hot.
