Fish Balls with Chives
Overview
The fish ball and leek cup was made to use up the leeks at home. My mother-in-law planted so many leeks that she didn’t have time to eat them and got tired of them. I couldn't bear to throw it away, so I used the fish balls that the father and son liked to go with it. The roasted leeks are very tasty and tender. The fish balls are also made by myself and stored in the refrigerator. They are very delicious. You can also use the kind of meatballs you buy in the supermarket, which is the same, but friends who are pursuing health and nutrition, like me, just make it yourself.
