Cabbage leaves torn into pieces by hand

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil to 40%, add fresh shrimps (cut off the front half of the shrimp head in advance to facilitate the spillage of shrimp brain oil, and cut off the shrimp whiskers), fry over medium heat, press the shrimp head with a shovel, and fry the shrimp brain red oil

After the shrimps are fried until crispy, add onion, ginger and rice and stir-fry until fragrant
