Ingredients
Steps
-
To make ganache, mix dark chocolate and light cream 1:1, mix with warm water
-
Prepare the 8-inch cake base, wash and cut the fruits
-
Pour 350g of whipped cream into all the sugar and rum at one time, beat at high speed first, then turn to medium speed when it becomes yogurt-like, then turn to low speed when lines appear
-
The picture shows the whole hair, used for cake layering and decoration
-
Spread a layer of cream on the cake base, a layer of fruit, and then spread the cream again, so that a layer of fruit cream filling is ready, then another layer of cake base and a layer of fruit cream filling...keep putting the 2 layers of fruit filling and 3 pieces of cake base completely
-
There is 350g of cream left. Simply spread the remaining cream on the surface to make up for the leakage... Then put the cake in the refrigerator to refrigerate (I spread the dough in 2 times. The first time I spread the dough simply to prevent the crumbs of the cake from affecting the perfection of the dough during the spreading process). This is the first time to spread the dough and fix the leakage
-
Add 150g whipping cream to fine sugar and beat until 7 points, then spread
-
Spread the surface for the second time, then trim it beautifully with a soft spatula, and then put it in the refrigerator
-
Beat 250g of light cream until it reaches 6 portions, add red coloring
-
Whip until full hair and decorate
-
Put 30g of whipping cream into a piping bag, put a piping bag with a 6-tooth piping nozzle into the cut end, and fill in the remaining whipping cream
-
Paint the ganache on the hanger, cut a small opening in a piping bag with a small amount of whipped cream, and squeeze out small circles to paint the top part
-
Use a 6-tooth piping nozzle to mount the butter flowers. Turn the 6 teeth in one circle and the shape of the butter flower will appear. From top to bottom, decorate the butter flowers layer by layer
-
Then decorate the bottom of the cake with lace
-
Add the remaining 50g of light cream, sugar and purple sweet potato starch and whip until it is ready for decoration
-
Intermittently frame the pink cream flowers with small flowers to embellish the skirt
-
Finally, use ganache to write "HappyBirthday" and draw small hearts to decorate the surface
-
The little floral skirt is ready...the finished product is beautiful!
