Watermelon rind mixed with fungus
Overview
A very crisp summer salad. Seasonings can be adjusted according to your own taste. I have a small amount of salad juice and Korean kimchi juice at home, and I added my favorite mustard-flavored wasabi. This simple and delicious little cold dish is still very delicious.
