Curry Potato Chicken Rice
Overview
Curry rice made with Daxi Da Curry Paste basically follows the instructions on the product packaging. It is easy to make and tastes basically the same as what you eat outside.

Preparation materials: chicken thighs, carrots, half an onion, and a large potato. Cut into pieces separately.

After the pan is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil and fry the chicken thighs until they change color.

Add carrots and onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add potatoes and fry for a few times, then add water to cover most of the ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for ten minutes until the potatoes can be poked open with chopsticks.

Turn off the heat and add two curry cubes (this amount has a lighter taste)

After the curry cubes are dissolved, turn on low heat and heat for five minutes.
