Peel and core 1 zucchini, cut into long strips, marinate with 1 tsp of salt for 5 minutes, wash and drain; soak 1 handful of fungus in advance, wash and drain.

Cut 50 grams of pork (pork belly is best) into small strips, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, and marinate for about 10 minutes for a very fresh taste.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat strips, and stir-fry until they change color and take them out.

Leave oil in the bottom of the pot and sauté the onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies.

Add zucchini and fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp steamed fish soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Sauté until the zucchini is cooked through.
