Tiger skin pepper
Overview
I bought too many hot peppers when I was having a barbecue, so I ordered some tiger skin hot peppers. They are delicious, easy to make, and go well with rice

Wash and cut the pepper into sections

Mix vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar into a sauce

Put a little oil in the pan, add chili pepper

Fry over low heat until both sides turn tiger skin color

Add the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes. If it is too light, add some salt

Serve on a plate, it’s delicious
