Cream Cheese Scones
Overview
Scones are an essential part of British afternoon tea. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time baking, scones are the best choice. A simple and delicious cheese scone paired with a cup of black tea. The aroma of the tea and the sweetness of the scone will make you forget all your unhappiness. I made it in the shape of Mickey, it’s so cute, let’s make snacks for the baby together. Sift together the flour, baking powder and powdered sugar.

Add the softened diced cream cheese and rub into small crumbs.

Add the softened diced butter.

Add a small amount of milk, knead the flour into a ball, fold and press it several times, and then roll it out into a 1cm thick dough sheet.

Cut out shapes with cookie cutters.

Brush the surface of the baking pan with egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place in the middle rack, and bake for about 20 minutes.
