Western braised beef rice
Overview
I went to the supermarket to buy some* curry, but it turned out that there was no original flavor. There was only this brand of tomato red sauce that was not spicy. Suitable for one person to eat at home for lunch.

Cut the beef into thin slices.

Cut carrots, mushrooms and onions into cubes and set aside.

Sauté onions in oil pan.

Add beef slices and stir fry.

Add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add boiling water without passing the ingredients.

After boiling, skim off the foam.

Cook for about 10 minutes, add tomato red stew seasoning (reference amounts are listed above), turn off the heat and wait for the seasoning to melt, then reduce the juice over high heat.

Fill a small bowl with rice, invert it onto a plate, and sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds.

Pour the braised beef stew on top or on the side and enjoy!
