Overview
Nutritional value of tofu: Tofu is rich in nutrients and contains iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other trace elements necessary for the human body. Choose older tofu that is not easy to fry

Cut tofu into cubes

Fry in oil until golden brown

Fry over low heat until the surface is crispy, (don’t fry it until it turns into tofu fruit), pick it up and control the oil
