Fried pork intestines with chili pepper
Overview
My painter loves to eat large intestines. I took out half a kilogram of large intestines left in the refrigerator to make spicy stir-fried large intestines. But I saw that there were too few intestines, so I put cucumber in it.

Chop onions and ginger and set aside

Thinly slice cucumber

Cut the processed large intestine (bought, cleaned and cooked) into small sections.

Put oil in the pot, add onions, ginger and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the large intestine, cucumber and pepper and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine (put it along the edge of the pot) and soybean soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry.

When it's almost out of the pan, add oyster sauce and stir-fry.

The food is served. Just eating rice and steamed buns is very satisfying.
