Steps
-
Step 1: Cut the onion and ginger, crush the garlic cloves, and shred the chili peppers and place them on a plate for later use.
-
Step 2: Wash the lettuce and put it in a basket to control the water, then cut it and set it aside for later use.
-
Step 3: Light the fire, pour oil (rapeseed oil), pour all the onions, ginger, garlic, and chili shreds into the pot and stir-fry. (I don’t like to use salad oil for cooking. The oil I use depends on the usage of each family. I can’t guarantee which oil should be used for cooking. As long as you like to eat whatever oil you like, use whatever oil you want for cooking.)
-
Step 4: Immediately add the lettuce and stir-fry in the pot. (There seems to be a lot of lettuce, but it will disappear after frying for a while)
-
Step 5: The picture shows the picture after stir-frying for a while, then add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of light soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry, sprinkle some chicken essence and stir-fry a few times before serving. (If you can't control how much salt to add, add less salt slowly first, and then taste it).

Step 6: The garlic lettuce is ready! Hehe, I tasted it and it tasted pretty good, a little spicy.
