Ingredients
Steps
-
First make the grass jelly: use 300 grams of cold water to make a smooth paste of black jelly. Add 2,200 grams of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Slowly pour the prepared black jelly paste into the pot like thickening. Stir with a whisk while pouring to prevent agglomeration. Boil again until boiling.
-
Pour the cooked grass jelly into a container, cool and set aside.
-
There is no need to soak the red beans in water. Wash them and put them directly into the electric pressure cooker. Add water until the water covers the red beans by about 3cm. Press the "Beans" button to cook.
-
Add appropriate amount of fine sugar and stir evenly, set aside.
-
Add 300ml of water to the milk pot, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
-
Add black tea bag, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
-
Pour milk into black tea.
-
Turn on medium-low heat and cook until small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot. Turn off the heat and take out the tea bag.
-
Stir the milk tea evenly. (There is a layer of milk skin on it. If you don’t like it, you can sift it again)
-
Sift the milk tea once.
-
According to your own taste, add syrup and mix well, then cool naturally or cool down with water.
-
Put red beans, grass jelly and coconut into the cup.
-
Pour in the milk tea (put an appropriate amount of ice cubes or drink it refrigerated to taste better).
