Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm, humid place until 1.5 to 2 times in size.

Place in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 15 minutes. (Brush with a layer of melted butter while it is still hot after taking it out of the oven, or brush with a layer of whole egg liquid before making cross cuts)
