Bacon Baked Double Flowers
Overview
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in the oven and add some bacon for flavor. The taste of roasted vegetables will be different from that of stir-fried vegetables. Cover with tin foil during the baking process. The roasted vegetables will still be tender. Don't worry about losing too much water and the vegetables will dry out.

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and clean them
