Lotus root box
Overview
I have been thinking about this dish for a long time! I have always wanted to make it, but I have put it off until now for various reasons. Or because the little guests at home are clamoring for the French fries I made, so I finally decided to make it together!

Steps
-
Peel the lotus root and cut into thick slices. Use two spoons of white vinegar, one spoon of salt and a bowl of cold water to marinate the lotus root slices. Chop the pork belly into minced meat. Chop the green onions into thin slices. Beat the garlic and mince it finely. Chop the heads and tails left over from the lotus root slices and the uncut lotus root slices and set aside.
-
Pour the minced onion, minced garlic and minced lotus root into the minced meat, add salt, MSG and a spoonful of cooking wine, mix well, and let it sit for fifteen minutes.
-
Drain the water from the lotus root slices and spread the minced meat on the lotus root slices.
-
After coating the lotus root slices with minced meat, add a layer of lotus root slices, which is a bit like a sandwich biscuit.
-
Take a bowl, add fried powder and cold water (do not measure the water), stir until it is half thick and half thin, and mix the lotus root box with the fried powder liquid.
-
Pour oil into a hot pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add the lotus root box and turn down the heat and fry.
-
Put the fried lotus root box on a plate!
