Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: cake mix, eggs, butter, milk, sugar, black currants, Yangchen 6-piece donut mold;
-
Melt the milk and butter together over water; chop the blackcurrants; sift the cake flour through a fine sieve;
-
Mix eggs with sugar;
-
Beat the eggs with an electric egg beater over warm water. When you lift the egg beater, there will be an obvious figure 8;
-
Add cake mix;
-
Use a spatula to stir evenly;
-
Add milk and butter, and stir again evenly;
-
Sprinkle black currants into the bottom of the mold, pour 80% of the batter, and shake it gently on the table a few times; the mold I used is Yangchen's non-stick film, so the mold does not need to be brushed with oil;
-
After preheating the oven to 180 degrees, place the mold on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes;
-
After the process is completed, turn the mold upside down and the baked blackcurrant donuts can be easily removed from the mold.
