Fruit burger
Overview
I didn’t want to throw away the leftover spinach juice from making dumplings, so I made it directly into a breakfast bag. It’s fun to learn how to make cute burgers with breakfast buns. Children really like it.

Add spinach juice, egg liquid, salad oil and other liquids to the bread bucket in sequence, add salt and sugar, sift in high-gluten flour, add yeast, start two dough kneading programs, then start the yogurt program, select fermentation for 60 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and deflate it

Divide the dough evenly into 9 small pieces, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes

Make eight pieces of dough into breakfast buns. Divide one piece of dough into 6 portions and roll into small balls. Put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for secondary fermentation at 45 degrees for 50 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and brush it with egg wash. Preheat the oven and bake on the middle shelf at 160 degrees for 20 minutes

Melt each piece of black and white chocolate over water, put it into a piping bag, draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the bear on the upper part of the burger, and use the baked balls to make the ears, which looks cute.
