Black sesame steamed buns
Overview
I was very lucky to get the trial qualification of Petri PE6800 bread machine. First of all, I would like to thank Petrus Merchant and Meitian for giving me the opportunity to try it out. The Petri PE6800 bread machine is really a multi-purpose machine. Its small body has powerful functions, allowing us to enjoy more healthy food in our busy life. It’s been a while since I received the Petrus PE6800 bread machine. During this time, I’ve been tossing about cakes, ice cream, and bread. But what I want to make today are steamed buns, not bread. It’s been a long time since I’ve made steamed buns because I’m a lazy person and don’t like kneading noodles. Today, I suddenly wanted to eat steamed buns. I saw the Bai Cui PE6800 bread machine. Now I have a helper for kneading noodles. I can finally free my hands and start working immediately. Haha, I am a true foodie. . . With the help of the Petri PE6800 bread machine to help with the dough, making delicious food is much more convenient and hassle-free. The work of kneading the dough is handed over to the Petri PE6800 bread machine. All we have to do is to take out the dough and knead it for a while, cut it, put it directly into the pot, let it rise for the second time, and then steam it. Recently, grinding soy milk every morning and drinking it naturally produces some bean dregs. The bean dregs are also very nutritious. Don’t waste them and try to get rid of them as much as possible. So the steamed buns made today still use bean dregs and some black sesame powder. It is a nutritious and healthy steamed bun. The sesame powder at home is not pure sesame powder, so the finished product does not look so dark. . .
