Tomato, egg and meat rice noodles
Overview
I wanted to eat fried rice noodles today, so I tried it with sour tomatoes. It’s a new taste. I searched and cooked it with tomatoes. It tasted good. If you like tomato flavor, you can try it

Shred the pork, marinate with soy sauce, salt and oil, prepare carrots, tomatoes, onions and garlic, beat the eggs

Heat the pan and add oil, add a little minced garlic, put the meat in and fry until it changes color, then turn over and fry the other side, then stir-fry until cooked. Heat the oil in the pot again, pour the eggs along the pot, fry the eggs and cut them into small pieces (forgot to take pictures)

Add the rice noodles and meat and stir-fry

Add eggs, onions, garlic, and soy sauce and stir-fry until hot. Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add starch and cook for 5 minutes. Pour on top of the rice noodles. I forgot to take a photo here.)
