Ants climbing the tree
Overview
Chinese food bars all like to have nice names, partly for the sake of good luck, and partly because they are probably names given by cultural people, so that people can’t tell what they are, such as crab racing, etc. This is really hard for me. At the end of the year, the school’s international students have an annual party, and of course they have to treat them to some serious Chinese cuisine, such as Mapo tofu, ancient meat, and sweet and sour carp. Ah, it basically includes all four major cuisines. None of the international students at our table can speak Chinese. As a translator, I am really miserable. The name of the dish is translated to tears. The originally good name is translated into English and then translated back into literal translation. It is completely inaudible. What about the sweet and sour fried carp, the sweet and sour deep-fried tenderloin with pineapple chunks, the fried tofu with minced pepper and minced meat, there is really no aesthetic feeling at all... Speaking of which, the name of Ants Climbing a Tree is indeed deceiving. To put it bluntly, it is minced meat vermicelli. For convenience, it was replaced with bacon and bacon. It is really spicy and appetizing!
