Multigrain cold noodles
Overview
Cold noodles in the summer are refreshing and simple. Today, I use the mixed noodles from hot pot to make a cold mixed noodles.

Main raw materials.

According to personal taste, add light soy sauce, salt, vinegar, a little sugar to sesame paste, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly and set aside.

Add cold oil to the pot and fry the peppercorns.

Chop the garlic into mince, put it in the sesame sauce, pour hot pepper oil over it and mix thoroughly.

Wash and shred the cucumber, chop the coriander and set aside.

Make boiling water, add noodles and cook.

Drain the noodles from cold water, pour in sesame sauce, add cucumber shreds, and cilantro and mix well.
